Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager – Social Media Marketing, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing new business opportunities for our company’s social media marketing services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract and retain them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and attracting new clients for our social media marketing services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and pitch to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
