Product Manager – Omnichannel Retail Technology

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development of our Omnichannel Retail Solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product development life cycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for our Omnichannel Retail Solution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market research.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
• Partner with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption and usage.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics and use data to inform product decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail technology.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products.
• Experience in the retail technology space, particularly in Omnichannel retail solutions, is required.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software, Agile methodology, and product development processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred.
